Application Development Team Lead - ServiceNow

Requirements

• 10+ years of application development and management experience
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM
• Strong communication skills, ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders
• Broad technology experience across systems development lifecycle
• Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing technical teams
• Experience managing development teams of 7+ members
• Solid architecture and design experience in ServiceNow
• Understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with financial services
• ServiceNow and ITIL certifications
