Application Managed Services - SAP Integrations - Technical Consultant 1

EY is seeking a skilled Application Managed Services - SAP Integrations - Technical Consultant 1 to join their Managed Services team. The role involves ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Employee Central modules for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, client-focused, and comfortable with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong understanding of EC data models, workflows, and business rules
• Knowledge of release management and SuccessFactors upgrade cycles
• Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules
• Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL processes (Bonus Point)
