Application Manager

Abacus Medicine is seeking an Application Manager to oversee the lifecycle of QA applications. This role focuses on platform stability, data integrity, and operational support for core systems, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders and vendors to ensure efficient handling of new requests and performance monitoring. The manager will manage requirements, collaborate on user and technical issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience in application management and development
• Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, economy, or related field
• Solid technical knowledge of enterprise applications
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, project management, and change management
• Experience in quality assurance (QA) computerized systems
• Strong understanding of business, IT domains and how they interconnect
• Broad but detailed knowledge of relevant technologies
• Proficiency in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively
• A proactive approach to ongoing learning and staying abreast of the newest system features and updates
