Application Support Administrator - French/English Speaking

We are seeking an Application Support Administrator to provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Agency Management System Administration, experience working in a Help Desk environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Agency Management System Administration, specifically Applied Epic or Vertafore applications such as Sagitta, BenefitPoint, ImageRight
• Experience working in a Help Desk environment such as ServiceNow
• Excellent attention to detail with proven organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work within a team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
