Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Up to 2 years in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools
  • Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable with MS Office
