Netcompany is seeking an Application Support Agent to reinforce their ServiceNow team. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow platforms, focusing on incidents, service requests, problems, change, and knowledge management modules, and supporting customer-facing aspects like tickets and portal. The agent will work in a SaaS cloud computing environment on an ITSM basis.

Requirements

  • Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform solutions
  • Configure, deploy, administer, and supervise systems
  • Perform ServiceNow software updates and releases
  • Perform continuous improvement (monitoring, testing, deployment)
  • High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field + 1 year of relevant experience
