As an Application Support Agent, you will handle and triage support tickets, provide first-line support, and collaborate with support teams, developers, and analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Up to 2 years in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools (a plus)
- Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with MS Office; knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plus
- Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
- Able to work in a multicultural, international context
