Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Patient and empathetic, particularly when assisting users with low digital literacy
- Strong active listening skills to address user concerns effectively
- Familiarity with authentication tools (e.g., mobile apps, security keys, e-ID)
- Experience with ticketing systems, ideally ServiceNow (a plus)
- Ability to deliver clear, structured training sessions and webinars
- Being comfortable supporting elderly users with varying levels of technical ability
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative in international, multicultural settings
