Architecture Coach & Tooling Expert

As an Architecture Coach & Tooling Expert, you will coach, train, and help Technical, Solution, and Domain architects align with the Enterprise Architecture. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a robust and scalable modelling framework based on ArchiMate, and help shape and define deliverables to support architects in their work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Enterprise Architecture
• Experience in Strategy and Management consulting is highly recommended
• Ability to find consensus in challenging environments
• Knowledge of compliance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, COBIT)
• Profound knowledge and experience in ArchiMate, certification is a plus
• Understanding of the ServiceNow data model and its relation to ArchiMate modeling
• Experience as a trainer and coach; leadership experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with ARIS (ArchiMate based)
• Broad knowledge of road mapping Application Architecture and Technology architecture
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of TBM Taxonomy and practical application
• Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
