Requirements
- Secretarial or laboratory technician experience
- Technical support information/application technician experience
- Good writing, synthesis, and communication skills
- SQL queries and ticketing tools knowledge
- Knowledge of anatomical pathology laboratories
- Experience with Diamic, Ariane, Athena, or similar LIS
- Ticketing tools mastery, such as ServiceNow
- Accounting notions
