This role focuses on understanding, troubleshooting, and enhancing the functionality of eGovernment applications to ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong service management background and be passionate about software systems.
Requirements
- Experience with service management tools (e.g., Jira, OTRS, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge in ITIL, ITSM, and Incident Management
- Prior involvement in IT projects within an Agile framework
- Proficiency in producing documentation (meeting minutes, incident reports, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in a shift rotation
- Fluency in English
