Join a small, hands-on platform team that builds and enhances ServiceNow for internal technology teams and key business processes. Work across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and ITAM, with a strong emphasis on automation and orchestration to improve efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong JavaScript/Glide skills and proficiency with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Scoped Apps, and disciplined update-set practices
- Proficiency with Flow Designer (and familiarity with legacy Workflow Editor)
- Hands-on ITOM and automation/orchestration experience
- Working knowledge of CMDB data models and health practices
- Familiarity with ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change) and Agile delivery
- Strong communication skills
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification (or equivalent practical experience)
