We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in J2EE platforms, operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows), application support, and scripting.
Requirements
- Provide end-to-end support for applications running on J2EE platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.
- Manage and respond to incident tickets via ServiceNow (SNOW) or equivalent ticketing systems.
- Perform code deployments, including post-deployment automation and validation.
- Monitor system logs using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Shell, or Python.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Support systems running in cloud environments and with containerized deployments.
