Chubb is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide application support for MS Dynamics, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems reported by users within established SLA. The role involves providing out-of-hours support, being flexible, and adapting quickly to a developing service delivery.

Requirements

  • Problem-solving abilities and excellent communication, customer handling, influencing and inter-personal skills
  • Previous experience with support tools, preferably ServiceNow as well as Jira
  • Ability to work out of hours on a rotational basis

2-5 years of experience, technical support tools, MS Dynamics 365 experience
