The Applications Administrator is responsible for deploying and supporting infrastructure technologies, providing problem resolution services, and ensuring the effective provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Three years of experience in system engineering, application administration, or technology support role
  • Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert certification or Service Now Administrator and ITIL Foundation certification
  • Good PowerShell scripting abilities for automating system administrative duties and data workflow processes
  • Basic knowledge and proficiency with infrastructure applications configuration, including ServiceNow, Microsoft suite of productivity tools and applications
