Seeking a skilled Applications Engineer to support and enhance the global ServiceNow platform, ensuring platform stability, performance, and security while driving enhancements and integrations.
Requirements
- Administer and manage ServiceNow upgrades, configurations, and patching
- Design and implement scalable platform enhancements per ServiceNow best practices
- Maintain and monitor MID Servers to ensure high availability and optimal configuration
- Provide day-to-day operational support across ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM)
- Lead integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub
- Collaborate on Agile/Scrum teams to gather requirements and define user stories
- Ensure compliance with firm-wide security policies and ISO 27001/2 standards
- Develop dashboards and customized reporting for key stakeholders
- Support ITSM governance and process adherence
