Orica is seeking an Application Engineer Specialist (ServiceNow) to join the Orica GBS team in Pasig City, Philippines. This hybrid position involves managing, supporting, and enhancing Orica’s ServiceNow platform for the Global Business Services (GBS) team. The role focuses on translating business requirements into effective solutions, maintaining platform functionalities, and ensuring platform governance and sustainability. Collaboration with DevOps and regional teams is key.
Requirements
- English language (oral and written) to an advanced proficiency
- 4+ years' experience in an IT role
- 3+ years' experience in a ServiceNow application environment
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow Applications (with developer experience)
- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements
- Demonstrated problem-solving and remediation skills
- Initiative to anticipate situations and solutions
- Self-motivated to seek out new work
