We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, and custom application development with a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. This is a full-time position based in PUNE, IN.
Requirements
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements.
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, HRSD, and custom applications.
- Provide effort estimations, define scope, and recommend development methodologies.
- Create and manage user stories, technical design documents (LLDs), and training materials.
- Lead and mentor global development teams.
- Conduct technical reviews, end-user training, and stakeholder reporting.
- Manage escalations and ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and coordination with HI support.
- Implement domain separation and data segregation strategies.
- Design and implement Performance Analytics and custom reporting dashboards.
Requirements Summary
