Architecture Coach & Tooling Expert

As an Architecture coach in the Architecture Quality Assurance team, you will coach, train and help Technical, Solution and Domain architects align with the Enterprise Architecture. You will also be a sounding board for the architects, bringing your experience to bear on architectural or organizational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Enterprise Architecture
• Experience in Strategy and Management consulting is highly recommended
• Ability to find consensus in challenging environments
• Knowledge of compliance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF®, COBIT®)
• Profound knowledge and experience in ArchiMate®, certification is a plus
• Understanding of the ServiceNow data model and its relation to ArchiMate modeling
• Experience as a trainer and coach; leadership experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with ARIS (ArchiMate based)
• Broad knowledge of road mapping Application Architecture and Technology architecture
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of TBM Taxonomy and practical application
• Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
