Architecture Coach & Tooling Expert

As an Architecture Coach & Tooling Expert, you will coach, train, and help architects align with Enterprise Architecture, deliver a robust modelling framework, and ensure clear, actionable insights. You will also take ownership of the architectural repository, define guidelines, and shape deliverables. You will train and coach architects, lead in training and coaching, and take ownership of key architectural deliverable templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Enterprise Architecture
• Experience in Strategy and Management consulting is highly recommended
• Knowledge of compliance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF®, COBIT®)
• Profound knowledge and experience in ArchiMate®, certification is a plus
• Understanding of the ServiceNow data model and its relation to ArchiMate modeling
• Experience as a trainer and coach; leadership experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with ARIS (ArchiMate based)
• Broad knowledge of road mapping Application Architecture and Technology architecture
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of TBM Taxonomy and practical application
• Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
