Art Director, Product Experience

We are seeking an Art Director to join our Experience Team at ServiceNow. As an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and emotional impact of our products through compelling UI design. You will guide the art direction and strategy for our brand across our digital platforms, collaborating with designers, product leaders, brand, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• BA or BFA degree or higher in Art, Graphic Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience specializing in visual design for digital products
• Expert knowledge of digital creative software tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and After Effects)
• 8+ years of experience in art direction and design in a creative agency or in-house team or relevant design experience
• Proven experience as an Art Director, Visual Designer and/or Animator in a senior role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, storytelling, motion design, and animation
