Arthur Lawrence is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead - ServiceNow to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations and transformations. This role requires strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of ServiceNow, and strong leadership skills, combined with program governance and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will work with clients to ensure successful and scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with 7+ years in ServiceNow delivery
- Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules
- ServiceNow Certified Architect or Master Architect Certification is mandatory
- Deep knowledge in modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and data strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
