Arthur Lawrence is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultant (SAM or HAM) to manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software licenses, ensuring accurate tracking, vendor compliance, and optimized usage. The consultant will ensure cost control and risk mitigation. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams on audits and renewals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined Hardware and Software Asset Management experience.
- Proficiency with ITAM/SAM tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, or Snow.
- Strong knowledge of licensing models, ITIL, HAM, and SAM standards.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Proven experience in audit support and compliance reporting.
