Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management
• 7+ years in ServiceNow delivery
• ServiceNow Certified Architect or Master Architect Certification
• Deep knowledge in modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and data strategies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
