Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud support within the banking sector
• Expertise in managing Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and enterprise storage
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP in a regulated industry
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, etc.
• Understanding of disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and backup strategies
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy
