We are looking for an Asia IT SSC Leader – User Environment and Support to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for defining and managing IT infrastructure standards, managing vendors, and promoting innovation. You will work on various projects, manage high complexity problems, and interact with vendor expert teams. You must have a minimum of 10 years of prior IT experience, a robust technical background, and strong motivation to learn.
Requirements
- A minimum of ten years of prior IT experience
- A robust technical background (e.g., a Master's degree in Computer Science)
- Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and lead intricate, multi-site and/or multi-country projects
- High autonomy, a good understanding of underlying IT concepts, strong motivation to learn, and resourcefulness in proposing adequate solutions to complex problems
- Fluent English (Toeic 785 or similar level)
- Experience with Help Desk management (Processes, ITIL, Incident, Problem, SLA, Continuous Improvement)
- Experience with Imaging, software deployment, inventory and asset management (Altiris)
- Experience with Endpoint (Laptop, Desktop, Tablets, Thin Clients) hardware
- Experience with Printing (copiers, multifunction devices,...)
- Experience with Remote control / Remote Access (Beyond Trust, Ivanti VPN)
- Experience with Ticketing Tool (Jira, EaziBI, possibly ServiceNow)
- Experience with Automation Scripting (Powershell)
- Experience with VDI (DaaS - Workspot)
- Experience with Computer Backup (Commvault)
- Experience with Active Directory, GPO
- Experience with File and print servers (Microsoft)
- Experience with Remote Desktop Services (Thin Clients)
- Experience with Anti virus (Trellix, Cortex XDR)
- Experience with Single sign-on solutions (Evidian)
