BGIS is seeking an Asset Coordinator II to monitor and track the lifecycle management of hardware in their data center, colocation, and international office space. This role involves QA/QC, authoring standards and procedures, and assisting with AS-IS process improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with internal teams and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Business, Computer Technology/IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in the technology space.
- Experience in purchasing, logistics planning and inventory management.
- Data Center Asset Lifecycle Management or logistics background.
- Finance/accounting experience with understanding of accounting categorization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to complete work independently and contribute to teamwork efforts.
- Familiarity with Ariba, Jira, SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
