As Asset & Logistics Manager for the Asia-Pacific region, you will ensure operational integrity and comprehensive lifecycle management of critical infrastructure assets at multiple facilities. The role involves overseeing lifecycle management, standardizing asset tagging and storage planning, and collaborating with site teams to drive continuous improvement within ITIL-aligned processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in asset management and storage planning within critical infrastructure environments.
- Strong proficiency in CMMS and CMDB platforms, especially ServiceNow.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in asset management, administration, and warehousing.
- Experience with critical spares management, replacement cycles, asset tagging standardization, and field service modules.
- Sound knowledge of ITIL processes and continuous improvement approaches.
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
- Proven capacity to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across regions.
- Strategic and critical thinking skills, supporting expansion and integration projects.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Excel, ServiceNow (or similar CMMS), and data import procedures.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to exercise clear judgement and effective problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to oversee several projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in written communication.
