Vantage Data Centers is seeking a ServiceNow Operations Specialist to support the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform serving the Vantage APAC Region.

Requirements

  • Manage user roles, groups, and permissions.
  • Maintain system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Onboard and maintain Configuration Items (CIs) in the CMDB, ensuring data integrity and alignment with asset hierarchies and alarm management structures.
  • Configure and optimise maintenance schedules using Work Order Management modules to support field operations and customer reporting.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows and enhancements to support operational processes, including change management, incident handling, and preventative maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and training materials for platform use, including system upgrades and audit support.
  • Work closely with site teams, service desk, and IT to ensure platform alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data center operations and Service Now use.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and tools used by the Critical Facility Operations teams.
  • Support our business strategies and standardisation of systems and processes, and process improvements in reporting capabilities.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly documented, understood, communicated, planned and within the design of the system or process solutions and provide updates on milestones.
  • Contribute towards improved business process maturity by identifying and prioritising improvement projects and implement changes to processes and operations to improve data capture.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analysis or a related field, 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration and development
