As a Junior Asset Management Specialist, you will help maintain Treasury's IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness. This role involves tagging and tracking equipment, updating records in ServiceNow, and supporting lifecycle management activities.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for High Public Trust clearance
- 1–8+ years of relevant IT or asset management experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and standard enterprise tools
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
- Strong customer service and communication skills
