Asset Management Technician

Itero Group is seeking an Asset Management Technician to ensure seamless IT hardware operation within a designated site. This role involves deploying, installing, and managing laptop and desktop equipment, as well as supporting network and local printer/scanner setup. The position requires exceptional customer service and a strong commitment to technical excellence.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with a commitment to excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Familiarity with standard ticketing and inventory management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs. of equipment.
