Asset Manager

GovCIO is hiring an Asset Manager to support ARPA-H Information Technology Support Services (ITSS). The position will be located in Fairfax, VA and will be a remote/hybrid position. The Asset Manager will manage IT assets, assist with daily review and approval of software and hardware purchase requisitions, and provide guidance and manage asset tracking for asset requirements firmwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 5-8 Years of Experience
• Experience with developing guidance, reporting, and procedures following ITIL and ITAM asset management guidelines
• Experience with hardware and software asset management
• Knowledge of asset tracking, request, and workflow tools, including ServiceNow
• Ability to manage project prioritization and planning
• Ability to work independently and part of a team and help in fostering communication amongst the team
• Ability to roadmap strategic improvement of services, translate tactical plan to ensure team success, and multi-task
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing needs and requirement
