Requirements

• Analyzing and resolving HR and payroll related issues, and coordinating related communications.
• Conducting reporting, as needed, for the payroll controller for employees, sessional workers, and assigned personnel for the University to the regional social security organization (URSSAF).
• Being responsible for detailed, and complex HR/payroll system that entails individual and mass inputs in integrated HCM software - current payroll control with coordinated internal audits.
• Responsible for achieving efficient payroll transactions for approximately 550 employees, sessional workers, and assigned personnel in line with University's policies, regulations, and laws.
• Key point of contact between HR staff and personnel with payroll issues.
• Undertaking payroll data entry for new employee and ongoing payroll activity with full accuracy and in line with the University policies, in conjunction with management services at Central Nantes.
• Supporting the effective and smooth management of the payroll system, performing the control of actions via analysis of Payrolls requests (approvals for processing).
• Conducting financial planning for various activities in the University, of which involves analyzing forecast payroll budgets as well as developing forecasts at the request of the administration services team and other various departments within Central Nantes.
• Conducting financial reporting tasks for payroll data entries
• Having good understanding of HR Systems and data base. With excellent use of both data entry and data analysis tools to ensure delivery and accurate data required to be report to management for well decision making
• Has good organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with high level of autonomy.
• Troubleshooting of HR / payroll-related IT system issues (ServiceNow)
