Assistant Manager - GRC Packaged Product (Archer, SN, OT, MS, OP)

KPMG in India is seeking a Business Analyst to support the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) packaged product. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow platforms to ensure compliance, security, and efficient operations. Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow platform experience preferably in development and implementation
• Firsthand experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Third Party Risk Management
• Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server-side APIs, and client-side APIs in ServiceNow
• Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, and web-based development tools
• Good understanding on ITSM, CSM modules Event Management, Integrations, Orchestration
• Fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery and asset management
• Good knowledge and experience on debugging, troubleshooting mechanisms in ServiceNow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a global team
