KPMG is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their ServiceNow team in India. This role will focus on Packaged Product development (Archer, SN, OT, MS, OP) within ServiceNow, developing, implementing, and troubleshooting applications. The team will leverage global knowledge, local laws, and industry experience to deliver fast-paced, performance-based solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow platform experience
- Firsthand development experience in one or more ServiceNow modules (IRM, BCM, Risk Mgmt)
- Good understanding of core ServiceNow features, flow designer, ACLs, server-side APIs, and client-side APIs
- Good understanding of ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, and system clone in ServiceNow
- Firsthand experience on development of custom scoped applications
- Experience in design and build against functional requirements
- Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, and web-based development tools knowledge
- Good understanding of ITSM, CSM modules, and Event Management
- Good knowledge and experience on debugging ServiceNow
- Demonstrated success at delivering assignments with tight deadlines
- Strong problem analysis and communication skills
- Initiative and team collaboration
