Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in IT production maintenance support
• Proven experience in managing service tickets, meeting SLAs, and working with technical teams
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proven team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• Proficiency in system monitoring, ticketing systems, and issue tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
