KPMG India is seeking an Assistant Manager for its IT ServiceNow team to support implementation, scripting, and administration of ITSM modules. The role involves custom application design, development, and deployment, as well as data migration and reporting, utilizing ServiceNow platform. KPMG focuses on delivering industry-focused, performance-based services with a global network of partners.
Requirements
- Good communication and client handling skills.
- Experience with Java Scripting.
- Experience with ITIL Process implementation.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
- ITIL V3 knowledge is highly desirable.
- Experience with REST/SOAP/API/Web services is a plus.
