This role requires an Assistant Manager proficient in ServiceNow. Requirements

  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
  • Good design knowledge
  • Knowledge of ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM)
  • Proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script)
  • Knowledge in ITIL Framework
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

Requirements Summary

Prior ServiceNow experience. Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities. Must demonstrate solid ITSM and ITIL knowledge
