Seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, innovative solutions using the ServiceNow Platform. Responsibilities include defining the overall ServiceNow architecture and solution strategy, designing scalable and secure solutions, and creating technical roadmaps and implementation blueprints.
Requirements
- Define the overall ServiceNow architecture and solution strategy to align with business objectives and IT goals.
- Design Scalable, Secure and reliable ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM and custom applications.
- Create technical roadmaps, Integrations plans and implementation blueprints.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive ServiceNow data model, workflows, and customizations.
- Primary point of contact for ServiceNow architecture decisions, providing guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions and establish best practices.
Requirements Summary
3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Bachelor's degree required
