As Assistant Manager Operation (AM), you will lead and manage the Administrative Services team in KGS for US member firm, overseeing team performance, customer service, and technical skills. You will be responsible for monitoring projects, empowering team members, managing stakeholder expectations, addressing escalations, and prioritizing work.
