We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and implement scalable and innovative solutions using ServiceNow Platform. The architect will understand business requirements, define technical strategies, and deliver end-end ServiceNow solutions across ITM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, and other modules. Expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Development, and Integration, along with timelines, is essential.
Requirements
- Define the overall ServiceNow architecture and solution strategy.
- Design Scalable, Secure and reliable ServiceNow solutions.
- Create technical roadmaps, Integrations plans and implementation blueprints.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive ServiceNow data model.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions and establish best practices.
