We are seeking an Assistant Manager, IT Change Management to handle and manage Change Management, as well as being the point of contact for Service Request development inquiry and demand. The successful candidate will provide guidance to team members and ensure all team members are able to perform tasks related to Service Request and Change Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in IT Service Management
- 4 years’ experience in managing Change Management team
- Degree from Information Technology or equivalent discipline
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification
- Experience with SaaS ITSM Suite of tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy and Remedyforce
