The company is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead a Technology Infrastructure and Applications Observability Practice. This role will focus on leveraging AI-powered Observability to improve service delivery, enhance performance, and boost business value. The ideal candidate will be strong in technical depth, strategic thinking, and executive communication, with a passion for showcasing the business impact of infrastructure insights.
Requirements
- 12+ years in Technology Infrastructure / Observability / SRE roles
- Strong knowledge of Technology Infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Cloud), Application architecture, and modern observability stacks
- Knowledge of tools and technology like:ITSM - ServiceNow
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Requirements Summary
