Assistant Vice President, DevOps Engineer

CLS is seeking an Assistant Vice President, DevOps Engineer to implement and improve the DevOps strategy in their applications and products. The role involves automation, CI/CD pipeline development, and collaboration with various teams. CLS is a fintech company, prioritizing trust, innovation, and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in (Linux) shell and non-shell (Java, Python, Perl, Ruby, awk, sed, etc.) scripting
• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps design, development and implementation
• Hands-on experience in industry leading build tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Bamboo, GIT
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Administration, JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence
• Knowledge of incident management tools such as ServiceNow
• Excellent understanding of automated quality assurance and test strategies
• Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one DBMS such as IBM DB2 (preferred)
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office toolset including MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience in Agile Software Development Practices (Scrum or other)
