Assoc Data Informatics Analyst

ServiceNow is seeking an Associate Data Informatics Analyst to join their Digital Technology team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging AI, analytics, and data visualization to drive business insights and improvements. The role will involve developing interactive data visualizations, building scalable analytical frameworks, and communicating data quality insights to drive projects and promote a data quality mindset across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or analytical field
• Fundamentals in databases and analytics
• At least 1 year of experience using Python
• Good SQL knowledge
• Experience working on data projects
• Ability to decipher the data and present case scenarios
