The role involves resolving ServiceNow requests, modifying training assignments, assisting with employee registration, and monitoring program performance. Requirements

• Resolve ServiceNow requests
• Modify training assignments in the Learning Management System
• Registration of employees in training classes
• Department functions (phone, email, etc.)
• Monitoring of class sizes and program evaluations
• Update training material and documentation
• Generate Basic Learning Management System Reports
• Maintain data integrity
• Contribute to knowledge base
• Provide consultative guidance
• Maintain LMS data
