This Associate Customer Success Guide role is based in Addison, Texas, and focuses on driving customer success, growth, and adoption within the AMS region. The role involves onboarding new customers, driving product adoption, proactively guiding customers, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the Customer Excellence Group. This is a 3-day in-office position with emphasis on team learning and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Business, Technology, Computer Science, or AI related degree preferred
  • Excitement for a career in customer-facing roles
  • Strong emotional intelligence and organizational skills
  • English/French or Portuguese bilingualism (a plus)
