ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Guide (French or Portuguese optional) to drive customer success within the AMS region. This role will be a trusted point of contact for customers, focusing on onboarding, adoption, and expansion, supporting the success of ServiceNow products and services. The position requires a minimum 3-day in-office requirement with a focus on team learning and collaboration.

Requirements Summary
