Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging AI into work processes.
  • 3+ years of related work experience (Customer Success, Project Management, Business Admin, or SaaS).
  • Ability to own customer portfolio and drive effective outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • ServiceNow or certifications are a plus.

Requirements Summary
