The Associate Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the primary point of contact for Impact features and benefits, driving customer interactions and ensuring alignment with key initiatives. This role involves managing the Customer Impact Plan, fostering customer satisfaction, and proactively addressing risks and roadblocks. CSM will build strong relationships, promote success stories, and act as a key advocate for customers within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
